Indicator For Filter Monitoring Differential Pressure
The CS type differential pressure transmitter is mainly used in the pipe passing thermostat. When the hydraulic system is working, the core of the superheater is gradually blocked because of the pollutants in the system, and the pressure of the inlet and outlet of the oil port produces pressure difference (that is, the pressure loss of the leakage core). When the pressure difference increases to the set value of the transmitter, the transmitter will automatically send out a signal to instruct the system operator to clean or replace the temperature core to ensure the safe operation of the system.
LCS and CS-IV transmitters can alarm the blockage of the oil dropper in the form of a switch, or cut off the control circuit related to the hydraulic system in the form of a switch, so as to protect the safety of the system.
The connection thread of the CS-III differential pressure signal is M22X1.5 O
The connection dimensions of CM type differential pressure transmitter are the same as those of CS-II and CS-V type.
CMS type differential pressure transmitter is similar to CM type for application and has visual indication.

CY-L CY-II and CYB type pressure transmitter is mainly used for oil return and over-drop equipment, and is also suitable for pressure monitoring of hydraulic system and thin oil lubrication system.
1. The LCY type pressure transmitter is generally installed in the oil inlet chamber of the oil return and over-emitter. When the hydraulic system is working, the pollutants in the oil are constantly intercepted by the temperature core in the oil return cycle, so that the inlet pressure of the oil return thermostat gradually increases. When the pressure increases to the set value of the transmitter, the transmitter will act. And switch on the indicator or buzzer alarm in the form of a switch, indicating that people should clean or replace the leakage core in time or cut off the control circuit related to the hydraulic system in the form of a switch, to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. The connection thread between the transmitter and the thermostat is M18 x 1.5
2. YM-I type is an indicator pressure transmitter. When the indicator mandil at the upper end of the transmitter extends out a red circle, it will signal alarm
3. CYB-I type is a pressure gauge type transmitter. When the normal oil return pressure reaches 0.35MPa, the pointer enters the red area to indicate that the temperature core should be cleaned or replaced.

ZS - L type vacuum pressure transmitter is used to protect oil pump for oil absorption overtemperature device. When he worked in the hydraulic system, oil suction probe is due to pollutants jams produce vacuum pump, when the vacuity achieve transmission device setting, and in the form of switch on light transmission device movements or buzzer alarm, indicating operators to clean or replace WenXin in time, or in alarm when cut off the control circuit of the hydraulic system, and ensure the security of the oil pump work: The connection thread of the transmitter and the thermostat is M18XL.5O.
ZKF-II pressure gauge type transmitter can directly display the vacuum value. When the vacuum reaches 0.018MPa, it can also switch on the indicator or buzzer to alarm.
Note: ZKF-II cannot be used with computer.
Note :CYB-I type and ZKF-II type are only applicable to DC24V, 2A, and cannot be used with computer.
