The Model STF filter consists of twoTffilters and a change valve and can be imstalled ontheside, at the bottom ortop of the oil tank, used for removing imp urities from the oil by filtration. The filltering core canbe rep laced without the filter shutdown.The filter, equipped with a signal sender, by-pass valve and self-sealingvalve, is suitableforuse in the hydraulic system requiring f- orcontinuous operation.
The thermostat is equipped with a transmitter, a bypass valve and a self-sealing valve. Its main performance characteristics are:
1. The superheater can be directly installed on the side, bottom and top of the oil tank. The oil outlet is provided with two connecting modes of screw and flange, with simple pipeline and convenient installation and maintenance.
2. When the temperature core of the working leakage device is blocked and the vacuum degree of the oil outlet reaches 0.03MPa, the transmitter will send out a signal. At this time, only need to turn the reversing valve to make the standby thermostat enter the working state to maintain the normal operation of the system, and then clean or replace the blocked leakage core.
3. When the drip core is blocked and the transmitter alarms, if no one handles the fault and the vacuum degree of the oil outlet rises to 0.032Mpa, the bypass valve and the valve will open automatically to avoid the vacuum failure of the oil pump, and should be opened in time

4. When replacing the drip core, just unscrew the end cover of the filter, then the self-sealing valve will close by itself, cut off the oil path of the oil tank, so that the oil in the oil tank will not spill.
